Kim has worked for the City of Lacey Water Resources since 2014 and serves as their Stream Team Coordinator. Prior to that she served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer for two years focusing on watershed education and outreach with the Chehalis Basin Education Consortium and the Coastal Resources Learning Center. Kim and her husband live in Lacey with their dog and cat. Kim’s husband is a service member in the US Army. In their spare time, the Benedicts enjoy gardening, attending Husky Football Games, and exploring the beautiful State of Washington.
